I love to sing along with my favorite songs. Even if I don't get the lyrics right and the tone is off, I don't care. I just got to sing along with it, LOL! How about you? Do you like to sing along or are you contented with just listening to your fave songs?

I do listen to them all the time, in fact, I'm listening to it while posting here on mylot!;) I like listening to different types/genres of music, but I listen most to rock/heavy metal songs. I also appreciate pop, songs during my younger years (during the 80's) and some of the classics!;) For me, it depends upon my mood. If I feel pain, sorrow and loneliness, I listen to what I think suits my feelings. And same goes whenever I feel happy, I listen to what I think is best for that certain situation. [raijin]

I sing along with songs, it is fun and I do not give much about what others think about it. After I learned the tune this way I even often sing it alone in my bathtub, too. It doesn`t matter whether the song comes out of my radio, the car radio or TC, I just sing along. [Inky261]

Oh yes I love to sing along. I know at times there must be people in other cars that think I am needing some mental help as they pull up next to me at a stop light and watch me as I belt out the song. I have to admit I do laugh when I see I have been caught by another driver but I figure what the heck so just wave and keep singing. I love to sing. [TriciaW]

Yes I do and I love doing it too. Just this afternoon, i sung along with the song 'forever' among others songs. Singing is a sort of outlet for me too, woo to those who thinks that I am so off in terms of tone because they just have to bear with me. [cdparazo]

I sing along to favorites songs all the time~! I don't care whether I don't know the lyrics. Sometimes I just make it up~! Haha.. It drives my boyfriend crazy sometimes because I just sing whatever I want to just as long as it sound more or like the same~! Yes. I do sing along with the music i Love. But not with all the songs, and not at all the times. There are times, when I feel very happy and I happen to hear the music I love so much, during which I start to sing along. Also I dont want to get teased by friends, so I wont sing along, if Im among a group of people. Mostly I will sing along, if Im alone listening to the song I love. [senthil2k]
Well, it does seem odd when you start singing especially when with a group of people that are mostly stranger to you. When I am in a situation like this and can't help it, I would still sing along albeit in a low voice. [mari_skye]
Oh, I love to sing. I can't carry a tune in a bucket, because my bucket has a hole in it. LOL but I love to try. I sing my little heart out especially when I am driving down the road. i absolutley love to sing along to my favorite songs i have a 5 year old son that has a speech problem and when i start singing i get him to start singing and it has really helped with his speech the more i can get him to say the better he gets and i cant sing but we make beautiful music together [tgreen2618]

Yep I sing along with my favorite songs. I may not sound very good but that doesn't stop me LOL. When I'm in the car by myself, I'll turn the music load if a favorite song comes on and sing right along with it. If someone else is in the car with me, I usually won't sing very much. [daycarepal]

I do this all the time in my car. Whenever I hear a song that I like I will sing along and move my head to the music as well. It doesn't affect my ability to drive as I just love singing along to my favorite songs. If I have passengers, I will not sing as I would not want to hurt their eardrums or make them mad at me. yes! I love to sing. And somehow our brains are wired to remember tunes more easily than lyrics. I'll just listen to the radio and when a fave song comes on and the circumstances are right (I'm not in the office and everyone is quiet) i'll belt it out. nothing quite stops me otherwise! hahahaha. my family and friends just have to get used to it. Or when I'm watching american idol or its local equivalent I'll just sing along too, sometimes wondering whether I'm better than the contestant! haha, that is only possible at the early stages I guess! I sing along to any song that i know put me in a good mood. As for puting others in a good mood well i dont know about that i guess it depends on if they like my singing or not lol. I dont care what i sound like i know i love to do it and it makes me happy so that is all that counts. [kitkat1]

I must confess I usually end up sing my favorite songs. They tend to suck me right in that is one of the reasons why when I need to concentrate I can't listen to my music or I won't get far because I will be to caught up in the tunes lol So yes I do sing my favorite songs specially when I am alone... I get self conscious sometimes when others are with in ear shot...not sure why since when I was in my schools triple trio we came in first 2 years in a row and we had to beat out over 50 other people to get our position in the group lol...
