My last concert would have been in the 80s too..Who have I seen in concert...Hmmm Cheap Trick (bar venue), Bad Company, Molly Hatchet, the Outlaws, Foghat, Lee Aaron, Rick Emmett *sp*, and thats all I can think of at the moment... [Ravenladyj]
Yeah,it's been many years since I've been to a concert. If I could go to one now,I don't know who I would want to go see.I like singers from the past,I don't care for up to date singers.I couldn't even name an up to date singer.I don't know any. [Java09]

I used to go to concerts all of the time. At the local fairground they have an ampitheater and my friends and I would buy lawn seats. Tickets were like $15/each and we would all go hang out together. We mostly saw country music acts. I have seen Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Charlie Daniels Band and several others. Recently there hasn't been that many concerts there so I have not been in a few years. [sleepylittlerose]
If I could go to a concert now I wouldn't know who I would to see. [Java09]

The last concert I went to was indoors. I went with a couple of guys from work to see The Misfits. We got there early so we would be at the front of the line so we could be in the front row. I guess where you would say where all the action was. The whole time during the concert I was pretty much fighting the whole time to keep my spot. It was so hot too. Sometimes during the concert one of the people of the misfits would spray people with water. And it felt so good. At the end of the concert my ears were ringing. And have been for a couple days after. One of the people I went with were smart enough to bring ear plugs. And also the following day I body was so sore. But I had a good time. It was my first experience, and probably my last, that close up. [mlhuff12]
I remember when I went to see Anthrax, that was in Brooklyn NY,that was a crazy concert.I do recall my ears ringing when it was over. [Java09]

sad to say but i never been to a concert in my whole entire life but i do hope some day i will get the opportunity to go and get the experience of being at a concert..maybe when i go to the US by the end of the year my husband will take me. [DOLLYBABY]
If you were to go,who would you love to see in concert? [Java09]

Live music is still one of my favorite things to do. These days it's mostly smaller clubs and venues (ranging from 200 people to theaters with 2000), because the musicians are lesser known or up-and-coming acts. But I have also been to a number of big concerts as well. I saw Bruce Springsteen play at Giants Stadium in New Jersey in October, and in the past have seen a number of shows at Madison Square Garden- Springsteen, R.E.M., the Rolling Stones, and The Who. The Allman Brothers Band plays a string of shows in NYC every spring and that's become an annual ritual with me and a few of my friends. [Idlewild]
I haven't been to a concert in years.I don't know who I would like to see,I did like Michael Jackson, but of corse he can't perform no more, other than him I don't like anyone else enough to go see a concert. [Java09]

i think it was a year ago that I watch a concert (no worth seeing super duper incredible my type of bands came here to our place) (our country is like an archipelago something) anyway, so I watch this awesome band and IT WAS ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOCCCCCKIN'!!!!!!! yes, music taste had change since but I appreciate the now and I appreciate what was made before, especially beatles, bread, toto, the band who did video killed the radio star (wasnt that just the cutest!!), then theres starship with we build this city and there were just a million. My taste in music doesnt depend on the hype or popularity, It depends on me. so it maybe old or new or whatever....it would matter. and there are also a lot of new music that might not give you head aches...I actually enjoy a few of them. try listening to broken strings by james morrison, chasing cars by snow patrol, closing time by semisonic, escape by enrique iglesias, ever the same by rob thomas....OMG! this is too long but anyway, I just thought you might wanna give them a try. and I promise they arrent that screaming can't understand the words music. [dancinglollipop]
I love that sone "Video killed the Radio Star" the Buggles sing it.I remember that song. The good ole 1980's.I liked "Sweet Dreams" by the Eurithmics. [Java09]

Last concert I went to was Nine Inch Nails, Lights In The Sky. I loved it, except for the fact that we had really crappy seats. Id have to say though, my all time favorite concert was Rage Against The Machine. I love the band, but its not my favorite concert because of the music. It's my favorite concert cause of the atmosphere they had. The City removed stuff from the streets and chained down everything else. They had Riot police in the streets, it was was like a whole different world. No riots broke out that night, but the police were not taking any chances. Bike cops, mounted cops, shield carrying riot cops, the list can go on. [Zpilot21]

I saw Third Eye Blind in august at a concert. It was a good show. [tap0991]

A friend and I had been to a concert in 2004. It was called I-rock short for independence-rock. This concert usually is aroung august 15th ,the Indian independence day. It was the first big live concert I had been to, and I was kind of amused to see people head banging and all that. There is something about live music. It draws you in. You often like songs you would otherwise not like in live concerts. [loudcry]

hello java! its been a long time since the last time i went to a concert! but i can still clearly remember that night that my friends & i are there! its a concert of one popular local band here in my country and i can say that we really have great time watching them...it was held in an open field school ground and there's a lot of people watching them... they are great performers and that night, its also raining! haha but not that hard...just enough to enjoy the concert more and all of us stays in our place and don't mind the rain! the band do sing variety of songs from love songs to some rock & roll! i do love the experience and i wish to be on a concert again....happy [ckyera]

heyy.. nor do i.. i also havent been to any concert in my life.. but i want to visit once...dont know when would be the right time come so that i can visit.. hope it will come soon...!! [onlyraghavkapoor]

I have seen allot of concerts. I have seen Allison Krauss, Confederate Railroad, Kenny Chesney (2), Doug Supernaw, Cledus T Judd, Ammie Commeaux, Wade Hayes, Perfect Strangers, George Strait, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Neal McCoy, John Anderson. I have seen some others but cant exzctly remember them all. [JDLofton]

well my sort of concerts happened before i was born. Strangely enough i am not interested in these typ of musci now except fo new age essentials which is not popular enough in jamaica to merit a concert. I feel out of place sometimes cause i don't know where to go for good muscial entertainment. As you rightly states what goes on now is pure noise, that makes me hurt all over. [catilda]
I don't like noisey music,I don't know why I did when I was young.It gives me a headache.I think I like to go to maybe a classical music concert now.At least it's a peaceful type of music.I like calmness.Thanks for posting. [Java09]

If I had the money I would definitely go to more live shows. i started going to concerts when i was 13, my mom took me to see Bush b/c I was in love w/ gavin Rossdale.. (I even named my son after him) We saw a few shows together, Korn and Tool to name a few. The last Concert i saw was Mudvayne at the Joint in Las Vegas, over a yr ago. It was a really intimate setting with a bar and everything. Probably the smallest venue I've been to. My all time favorite show was Hellyeah and Otep 2 Novembers ago. We had amazing seats. My husband caught Vinnie Paul's drumstick, he pointed right at him and tossed it up into the balcony. After the show i managed to get a free backstage pass, and made it to the after party where we got to meet the whole band!! We even had Vinnie sign his Drumstick , and got the band to sign our CD case!!! Over 30 shows in 12 years and that was THE BEST!! [Heathnic84]

I haven't to a concert of any famous of international star or band.............. but i m a regular to the concerts of our local bands............... i love there songs........... and music................. I tried to a ticket to the Shakira concert when she came to India last time but failed............ [goodday007]

I love concerts! Let's see... The bands I've seen on stage are - Black Sabbath with Ozzy Osbourne, Kiss, Twisted Sister, Wasp, Heaven and Hell, Iron Maiden, Joe Lynn Turner, Graham Bonnet(with Alcatraz), Jeff Scot Soto, Destruction, Pain, Saxon, Lenny Kravitz and others. These are only the most famous one! And because you ask for details, I'll try to make something like TOP for these concerts. It will be based on what was the show really! I'm not gonna use my own music taste here. So maybe it is like that: 13. Jeff Scot Soto 12. Pain 11. Destruction 10. Saxon 09. Graham Bonnet feat. Alcatraz 08. Joe Lynn Turner 07. W.A.S.P. 06. Lenny Kravitz 05. Twisted Sister 04 Iron Maiden 03. Heaven and Hell 02. Black Sabbtath with Ozzy Osbourne 01. KISS You should know that this is based only on live performance! And this is the TOP of the concerts I've been to. [stand87]
Wow,you've been to quite a few concerts in your life. There's alot of bands I liked but never got to go see. [Java09]

I LOVE going to concerts. When I was in middle and high school, I went to local (or myspace-famous) metal/hardcore and just other rock band concerts almost every weekend. My first concert ever was the Warped Tour right after I turned 13. ^o^ Last year, I got to see The Killers, and that was a REALLY fantastic concert. I'm going to see my favorite band ever, AFI, in concert for the first time in a couple days- I am unbelieveably excited!!! >w< [olisaur]

yes, i love watching concerts ., i am a big fan of MJ ., michael jackson ., but sad to say he died before his last concert this is it ., [myliezl0903]

Hi Java, I never been to a concert too. That's what i want to do once i got a chance. I would like to go to some hign class performance concert instead of some local one. I jsut want my frist time to be the best!happy [vivianchen]

when i get the chance to go to a concert, i would like to go watch skid row, or metallica play oldschool. I was born in the 80's, and wish the older music was still around instead of the crap they play today.... [ladymetal80]

About 8 years ago I went to Philadelphia to see Mushroomhead, Lamb of God, Dog Fashion Disco, and some other band that I don't remember. I went with a bunch of "Friends" from work. It was a fun time and *Moshed* and went home with black eyes and some memories. I only occasionally listen to that kind of music anymore. I have gone to a more calm side of rock. I am a big fan of Anthony Green's work nowadays. [AShraderJr]

I would just recommend bringing earplugs to no matter what concert you go to! [poingly]
lol You are so right! When I went to see Chicago, their music was so loud we couldn't hear right for an entire week! Earplugs should definitely be used! [mentalward]

I've never been to a concert before.lol. Never in my life had i been to a concert. lol. never before.....sad... [ChaozRiser]

The first concert that I went to was Loverboy and Joan Jett. I went while I was in high school. I was pretty backwards back then, and was not prepared for it at all. It was an outside concert and we were all sitting on blankets waiting on it to start. Some man walked by, and fell over right on my legs. I thought he had died. He would not move. Three men had to come get him off of me. The music was ok, and I did have fun, but it would drive me crazy now. [Thoroughrob]

The last concert I went to was to see Michael Jackson when he appeared in London way back in the 1990s. I have only ever seen him live on that one occasion and I got to admit he was great! happy - Derek [derek_a]

Oh, wow. I've been to so many concerts I can't remember them all! Actually, most of the tickets I won from contests on radio stations. The last concert I saw was The Rolling Stones in 2003. I won a contest for front-row tickets and backstage passes to meet the guys. It was one of the most thrilling things that ever happened to me. I got hugs from Ron Wood and Keith Richards, too. (Bonus!) What a night! The first concert I saw at the age of 14. It was Paul Revere and the Raiders. (Stop laughing!) I saw The Monkees (yeah, yeah), Sha Na Na, The Doobie Brothers, Todd Rundgren, Chicago, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Santana, Bob Dylan, The Moody Blues and lots more. [mentalward]

I have been enjoyed many concerts for different kind of musician or band. I had attended concert of 80's Rock bands such as Bon Jovy, Mr Big, Def leppard and Metallica.I also enjoyed Rocker concerts like Richard Marx, Sting and Phil collins. Once I also enjoyed rock guitarists like Yngwie malmsteen and Joe Satriani. Its been a long time ago since the last concert, perhaps I will attend once they back to my hometown. [dwightsunee]

nope i have never been to a concert but im only 15 years old but i hope i will go to one and if i go i want to go to a concert i would go to rise against because i like their music and i have heard they are the best band to preform live [xmlukax]

I used to enjoy concerts of all sorts. Then it was musicals. It has been years since I left school and Les Miserables was the last. Now I only attend free open air concerts. It may be just music, bands or choirs. As long as it is free, I may appear. [whyaskq]

I have been to many concerts lately. Montana has been getting more and more hollywood stars coming this way. i went to see Carrie Underwood and Josh Turner. That was fun. I also got to see Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Little Texas, and many more with the concerts. That has only been within the last year. [nrn2003]

Nope, I haven't been into a concert but I love to experience it. I have heard that there's this international singer who will go here in our city this February and I am so excited about it. I am hopeful that it would be true since there are also rumors that it won't happen. But I am looking forward to it. I'm gonna take a leave on my offline job that time..lol...or I will asked a request that I can have a day off that time..happy [joannaleed]

I think the last concert I went to was back in the springtime, my cousin and I went to see Third Day, they're a Christian band, one of my favorites. I'm planning on going to another one next month, they will be there, along with a few other bands, I'm excited. [walijo2008]

Where im originally from there werent many concerts passing through. But since i moved to colorado ive been going to all the reggae concerts i can afford to go to. I especaially make sure i make it to reggae on the rocks every year at the red rock amitheasther in morrison, co. I dont have a car now so i usually try to find someone who wants to go and buy two tickets. Paying for gas as well. Sometimes its really hard to find someone who wants to got a concert free of charge. Party poopers. They whine o no i gotta go to work....blah, blah, blah. So you'll have dragonass the next day. Party and call in. Why young people are acting older than me. [jdyrj777]

The last concert that I saw was in September of 2009 and I went and saw Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert at the minor league baseball venue here in Lexington. A year before that I went to Cincinnati and saw Toby Keith and Montgomery Gentry at Riverbend Music Center. I've also seen Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town, Trick Pony and The Backstreet Boys. Oh, and one other concert that I've been to was Alan Jackson. I'm a huge fan of music and most specifically country music so I try to make it to every concert that I can. [dorannmwin]

I've been to a few concerts. They were small ones with about 100-200 people in the audience. I was taken by friends to these concerts so I didn't know the singers' songs very well but it was still very good. [animegirl334]

I love going to concerts! I remember my first one, which was Sloan (with Thrush Hermit and Elevator to Hell opening), all from eastern Canada. Since then I've been to concerts by The Tea Party (also Canadian, though broken up now), BB King (awesome!), Deep Purple, Metallica, Nine Inch Nails (loved it!), Tori Amos (she's amazing!) and the latest was Tarja (formerly of Nightwish, on her solo tour, great concert!). Many different styles of music, as you can see. I guess my tastes are pretty eclectic... [LadyAmaranth]
Metallica, BB King, & NIN? Lucky!!! [cherishxbunny]

I went to see Van Helan years ago. I was real close to the speakers. My taste has changed too. Our church is planing a trip to a gospel concert called the Winter Jam. We taking the youth. I am looking forward to it. We took them to a Monster Truck rally and they had a great time. Have a great day. [jezzmay]

I have been to two concerts in my life. One with P!nk, Baha Men, Sons of Harmony (local boy band at the time), and Alicia Keys. The second was Kayo Dot and some other band. I fell asleep halfway through because I hadn't slept in 3 days. Embarrassing. [cherishxbunny]
