I love listening to music on my MP3 player especially while I am soaking in the tub. I like having my MP3 because it gives me the variety of music without having to carry along all of those cds. I have a Zune 8gb player and so far i have 1300 songs and 3 pictures stored on there and it says I still have 1.28 gb left. My husband also has a Zune player and for the two player we pay a $15/mo for unlimited music through there website and it has been so nice..

I download many songs and movies on my player, so i can listen to music when i wait for my firends or walk on the street. Sometimes i can search more good music and download to player replacing some old songs. When i am free i will know which song is good. [kevinll]
With the Zunes that we have it is nice because it has a website that you have to go to and get your music and it allows you to keep songs in a collection so if say you have a song that you like but don't want it on your player at the time you don't have to go and download it over and over everytime you may want it on your player again...I think they are so cinvenient to because of the sizes they are easy to get out and put away...thanks for your response kevinll and happy listening [froggieslover]

I like my zune because of the screen and it showing not only the artist and the song but also a picture of the album..they too can have video and picture which is a great feature although I only use the music and have two pictures that I used as backgrounds one is of husband and I and the other is of my kids...it is so nice to have those features though. I am sure that music can harm your ears but so can a tv, screaming, traffic noise and many more. If you do not blast the music it isn't harmful whether it is on your stereo or through headphones on an MP3. Hi froggieslover! I got an ipod touch as a gift last May and I also had A Sony NW-E405 MP3 player. I like my ipod because it got wi-fi and could store 8 GB of music and picture while my sony mp3 is only 512MB. But the sony mp3 player has 3x more battery life than the ipod and it also can be charged for 3 minutes and the battery can last up to 3 hours. The sony is not bulky while the ipod is bigger. I listen to J-pop and J-rock music. Mostly songs of Orange Range and High and Mighty color. Happy mylotting! [sachii315]

I can add video and movies to mine too but I just keep in strictly music with two pictures for screen savers. I have a 2GB Ipod shuffle. I have about 200 to 300 songs in that player. I listen to all sort of music like our Tamil film music, as well as Hindi film music and then all the old English songs like Boney M, ABBA, Scatman etc. Of course, I do not pay anything for downloading, and usually down load from the free downloading sites as well as from friends. You know downloading from free sites is unsafe....plus on most of them you never know the sound quality you are getting. It would be nice to get all the songs we have for free but I also like that they on a secured site. I have a huge variety as well from blues and country to hip hop and pop. No, I don't have an MP3 player, but I have a Samsung Star touch screen mobile and it has got a 8GB expandable Memory Card which is able to store a lot of songs and even movies, so I always enjoy even if I am alone at a far distant place than home and never feel bored unless I have my mobile battery rechargedlol!! I have an ipod right now but i need a need mp3 player because its really old now and the battery doesn't last too long and i like to play around with it alot lol so it makes it die faster but i plan on getting a new one soon. I notice that a lot of people are usig the mp3 players that come with their cellphones. Does your phone have an mp3 in with it? I know nothing about the ipods but have noticed that a lot of people have them so they must be pretty decent. I have a sandisk i believe. I haven't put a whole lot of songs on it especially considering i use it less now. I believe it only has a little over a hundred songs on it. I absolutely love my ipod mp3 player. It was a gift from my oldest son and his wife a few years ago. I have a special adapter that allows me to listen to it in the car. I also have a small set of speakers that I can hook the mp3 player to and play it in the house. ...anyplace that I decide to carry the little player! Right now itis in the exercise room! I have a really old MP3 player. My friend gave it to me when he decided to purchase an Ipod nano. It doesn't really hold all that many songs I think it can only how 100 songs. I've got an ipod Nano and it has 693 songs. It wouldn't hold a thousand because apparently it holds 1,000 songs only if each song is no longer than 4 minutes. Most of my songs are 5-8 minutes long so I'm stuck deleting songs I have stopped listening too to upload new awesome songs. I listen to my mp3 24/7 which is why my mom bought me an ihome so I won't go deaf when sleeping with my headphones on. [sarentt]
That sounds like my old mp3 playerit said aound a thousand songs yet the most I ever got was 702 so I assumed it was due to a few songs being over the allowed time. That is the one thing I like about the aunes you get to keep all of you uploaded songs into a collection so if you want to take some out to put in some new you can just remove it from your player but don't have to worry about uploading it again because it remains in your collection. I'm also obsessed with listening to music and not just through mp3 players but pretty much anyway as long as the sound quality is good. I have a little MP3 player that I got free from a conference. it's just little, and can only hold about 50 songs, but I have a nice random play list in there, and I love it. Actually MP3 is my most convenient tool to learn English and I take it with me all the day. My MP3 is dated but still useful, although it only can store about thirty songs. It spends one hour to take me to the office by bus, so the bus time is my favorite music time to listen songs, as you know the bus is crowed, but I have a broad heart while enjoying the songs using my MP3, and the music will fuel me and strengthen me when I start to work. I have clear memory about buying my MP3 player, that happened at 2005 and my MP3 player was the most fashionable and expensive one, one Saturday I tried to buy it but the sales woman told me that I had to wait for several days. About four days later when I was working the sales woman phoned me that my MP3 player came, then I was pleased and walk out privately to get it. I like jogging and I thought it was wonderful to listen musics while running, a few months later I freeze it when I get annoyed with it. The MP3 player that I have I've had for over four years so it is quite small 512mb and really doesn't have a lot of music on it. I think the majority of the music that I've got on it is country (I haven't used it for a while). My seven-year-old is going to be getting a general 2gb MP3 player for Christmas and I've yet to preload any music onto it for her, but I'd imagine that the majority of the music that she will want on it is going to be country, but also with some of the Tween music that is very popular these days.
