I love music and How I wish I'm really a good musician. I play guitar but I'm not an expert guitarist, I just enjoy playing some songs. I want to learn to play other instrument. I want to learn to play drums and piano but I don't have those instruments.

I'd love to learn to play the piano! It's so pleasing to the ears. Sometimes I imagine myself being really good at it. It's so classy, versatile, and elegant. :-) If not the piano, then probably the guitar. We just don't have enough money to afford to have any of the two. [mjcookie]
i have my own clarinet and i've played that since i was in 6th grade. but i've always wanted to learn, guitar, but my fingers were so short. i tried to learn the ukulele from my sister since she was a teacher and she couldn't teach me stating what i said earlier. i wanted to play the drums in elementary school but i didn't have the right coordination according to our music teacher at the time. then my mother's choir director was trying to push playing the piano on me and i was hesitant so i didn't do that. right now, i think i would have loved to play the guitar or piano. i think my son now wants to play the drums. i now have my dad's guitar underneath my bed. it's still so big because it was meant for an adult male. but it would be nice to learn how to play that. Having learned the flute (and the piccolo, since it's just a miniature flute), and having been around enough flute sections to know that it's the cattiest section of a music group, I seriously want to learn to play the trumpet. It's an awesome instrument, and,when it rains, you don't have to worry about water getting into any of your pads as often happens with the flute. I have been learning to play the guitar for 3 months and I am really pleased with my progress but the instrument Ive always really wanted to learn is the Harp. I just think it is so beautiful and quite an unusual instrument as few people seem to play. I've always wanted to learn how to play the guitar. On my high school graduation my mom gifted me with a black one. I felt so cool. For months I'd try do play it. I wanted to learn the piano more, i know the basic but i want to practice more especially reading the notes as i don't really know how to read notes, when i want to play a song i just play it by ear and it takes time to complete the song though you have to play the keys all over again to get the exact tune. Next is the guitar i know the basic but it is hard for me to play it because my fingers are also short and my cousin who knows to play the guitar advised me to get a small guitar that fits my fingers. When I was younger I taught myself the guitar, but because I never improved I gave it up, well that and always wanting the latest, flashiest bit of guitar equipment and never being able to afford it. So I would love to learn to play the guitar properly again, just for my own pleasure. But I would also love to learn the piano, and in particular how to play jazz piano. I've come to the conclusion that I am musically challenged. My family has a piano and a couple guitars, none of which I can play. I just can't read music! When I was younger I was put into piano classes and tried to play the trumpet, both failing miserably. Now, I've been trying to play the guitar, but once again, failing! Hi vycess, I love music too! I played the keyboard when I was in my early teens and really enjoyed it, though it wasn't mine - the school let me "borrow" it as I used to play in the school concerts. I was told many a time that I have "piano fingers"...well I don't know if tht is exactly true but I do dream of one day having a grand piano in my house. I'd love to teach myself again and then when I have mastered that, I'd like to pick up the tin whistle again, learn the guitar and finally the harp. Hopefully one day!! Fiona. [fmpisces]
I'm presently learning how to play the piano! The funny thing is, I'm thirty-four years of age and I have only just started learning how to play the piano! I'm getting a lot of enjoyment out of it though and I love having a tinkle from time to time! I bought this electronic keyboard and I know that they have been around forever now but this is actually my first keyboard! Anyway, I like the fact that it teaches you how to play famous classical pieces! I have decided that I'm going to learn one piece of music at a time before moving on to something else. I don't know how to read sheet music but I would love to learn how to do this, I'm only playing by ear at the moment! Guitar is nice I suppose but I think that the sound of a piano is even more nice! I did some practise this evening and it's just so relaxing. I'm never going to be a concert pianist or anything like that but all the same, it's a nice hobby. i like to learn playing guitar... so recently i bought a sencond hand classical guirat for 4000 rs .. these days i play it like 2 housr a day which is not enough.. however i dont take any formal lessons..i only watch tutorial in internet..and youtube is a big help for me.. [udnisak]
